Copper Tungsten Spot Welding Electrode

Copper Tungsten Spot Welding Electrode

Copper Tungsten Spot Welding Electrode is the composite of tungsten and copper which own it excellent performance of tungsten and copper. It is used widely in such industries as engine, electric power, electron, metallurgy, spaceflight and aviation. Tungsten copper alloy is a biphase alloy of tungsten and copper, the material has high temperature resistant of tungsten and high conductivity property of copper. Because the melting point of this two kinds of metals is vary considerably, it can not casting by the traditional method.  tungsten copper adopts mix powder – pressure – sintering – melt infiltration process route. Due to the adoption of advanced equipment, our tungsten copper alloy has good and stable quality.
