Grade 2 Titanium Foil
Cold Rolled Bright-Finished ASTM B265 Grade 2 Titanium Foil
Grade 2 titanium foil is is a silver – white metal with many excellent properties. With a density of 4.54g/cm3, titanium is 43% lighter than steel and slightly heavier than the famously light metal magnesium. Mechanical strength is similar to steel, 2 times greater than aluminum and 5 times greater than magnesium. Titanium is resistant to high temperature. Its melting point is 1,942K, nearly 1000K higher than gold and nearly 500K higher than steel.
Titanium foil is mainly used for loudspeakers and loudspeaker tweeters, using titanium foil for high-fidelity, clear and bright sound. Titanium foil is also used in precision parts for bone implants.

Application of Grade 2 Titanium Foil
Grade 2 Titanium foil has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high strength, low density and biocompatibility, and has been widely used in aerospace, chemical industry, nuclear industry, sports equipment and other fields. It is also one of the main structural materials of modern aircraft and engines.
