Ti6al4V Bar Description：

grade 5 Titanium Bar, also known as Ti6Al4V, Ti-6al-4v, Ti 6-4 or R56400, 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, 0.25% (max) iron, 0.2% (max) oxygen, the remainder titanium. Grade 5 is widely used in aerospace, medical, marine and chemical processing. It has many advantages, one of which is heat treatable. This grade has an excellent combination of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability and manufacturability. The different sizes of titanium rods are round, rectangular and hexagonal. They are all made of high-quality steel ingots. Commonly used grades are commercially pure, grade 5, grade 7, grade 12 and grade 23. Chamfered and close tolerance titanium rods are also available upon request. Bar products can meet various standards such as ASTM B348, ASME B348, ASTM F67, ASTM F136 and AMS 4928。
