Ti6Al4V Plate is an ultra-low gap variant of Ti-6Al-4V. The overall chemical composition of Ti6Al4V ELI is very close to Ti6Al4V, but the content of interstitial elements is much lower than the latter. Due to its good biocompatibility, light weight, durability and corrosion resistance, it is an ideal metal for medical devices and implants. Grade 5 titanium plate is the most widely used α + β grade titanium alloy and the most common among all titanium alloys. This alloy is castable and can be "casted" for use in sporting goods.

Grade 5 titanium plate Ti6Al4V Plate is an alloy titanium product containing 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium; it is a medium-strength product. This titanium grade is mainly used for airframe and turbine engine parts; for surgical implantation. Forged materials are used in aerospace, medical and other applications that require medium strength, good weight strength and good corrosion properties. The alloy can be used for castings, wires, bars, plates, sheets, forgings, rings and billets.
