Titanium Gr 5 Flanges are generally used in combination with titanium gaskets and titanium nuts. First, the titanium gasket is placed between the sealing surfaces of the two titanium flanges. After the titanium nuts are tightened, the specific pressure on the surface of the titanium gasket reaches a certain level. After a certain value, it deforms and fills the unevenness of the sealing surface, so that the titanium flange connection is tight.
