Tungsten Lanthanum Wl10 Welding Electrode
Tungsten Lanthanum Wl10 Welding Electrode Description
Tungsten Lanthanum Welding Electrode has been the most commonly used alternative to thoriated tungsten electrodes in most applications. There are three types of lanthanum oxide: 2%, 1.5%, and 1%. The 1.5% tungsten lanthanum electrode has the conductivity closest to that of the 2.0% tungsten thoriated electrode, with a high durable current and the lowest burnout rate. Therefore, welders can easily replace electrodes without changing the parameters of the equipment. Lanthanum trioxide has the lowest electron work function, the easiest arc starting, and the lowest tip temperature, which helps to prevent grain growth and increase service life. Tungsten Lanthanum Wl10 Welding Electrode is specially designed for small current and frequent arc starting occasions of microbeam plasma and is widely used in the welding of aluminum and aluminum alloys, as well as carbon steel, stainless steel, silicon copper, copper, bronze, titanium, and other materials.
